Freeze Dried Zappo's Assorted 50g
Freeze-dried Zappo's are one of our new favourites. This assorted 50g pack will give you all the best flavours Zappo has to offer.
What is Freeze-drying? A weird and wonderful food process, resulting in a sensational change to texture, size and (sometimes) enhanced flavour.
Firstly, the lollies are placed in our freeze-drying machine onto trays, the trays are heated to release moisture from the lolly. Simultaneously, the chamber drops in temperature, which will freeze the released moisture from the lolly. This is the stage you will see the lolly expand and react to the process.
Next, the lollies are dried by a vaccuum pressure within the chamber - this part takes hours! Once the process is finished, you have your perfect freeze-dried snack.

Freeze-dried Lolly Storage Tips
Freeze-dried lollies can last YEARS if left in an air-sealed package. Once open, your lollies begin to absorb moisture again, ultimately reversing the freeze-dried process. We recommend eating sooner than later to enjoy the freeze-dried texture / taste once you have opened your packet. Bon apetite!
